Simple. Easy and Delicious
You will need
250g of beef cubes
a plate of broccoli florets
1 tablespoon of garlic
decent splash of Tamari sauce
decent splash of Pure Sesame Oil
Combine tamari, sesame and garlic.
Poor over beef in a fry pan and brown off your meat.
Add in broccoli and cook to preferred taste.
Once cooked, turn off heat and add 2 handfuls of spinach, cover and allow to sit for 5 minutes.
Serve with your favourite rice and sprinkle with black and white Chia seeds.
