2012

When the end of 2011 came around I was so busy with birthday's, Christmas and holidays that I didn't really sit down and have a think about what the new year was going to be about for me! I'm not really a resolutions kind of girl because lets face it, they never work. I finally got the chance to sit down and think for a moment what I would like to achieve this year. How I want my 2012 to look. What goals did I want to set myself. How I want to feel and be. I had a fantastic 2011. I really found myself. I learned to put myself first. I cleared out the negativity and took on a positive approach to life. I could be one of those crazy people who travel and speak about the power of positivity. I could do that. I want to shout it from the roof tops how much it has changed my life and how happy I am. I'll stick to blogging about it for now ;-) But seriously it changed my life! This year I don't want to change, I want to grow! I love the place I am in RIGHT NOW! This very moment, I don't want to forget it! Its amazing how laughter, love, magic, positivity and fun can bring so much joy to your life. This may seem weird but sometimes when I'm driving I think "I could die right now and I would die the happiest person in the world" This is my place right now! Its how I feel and its awesome! So no changes for me this year! I want to continue this amazing journey I am on and keep growing and learning and keep happy!

I was on holidays with my amazing husband on a gorgeous island. I was sitting in my beach chair. The wind was in my hair and the sun was beaming down and pricking my skin. My eyes where filled with beauty by the baby blue ocean. A smile was on my face. I was at peace. I sat there and just wrote. I wrote 8 things that made me happy. 8 things that weren't serious or would change me, but would help me grow.

They aren't numbered, as they have no order. They are simply written as they came to my mind! No one thing has more importance than the other. They are all important to me and I am very excited about my year of growth. I think each of these points are fun and will improve my mental, physical, intellectual and spiritual being. Bring on 2012. You are going to be the best yet! I cant wait to keep smiling, having fun and letting my heart sing every chance I get. Life is awesome!
